John Moran is a Director and Principal Consultant of Partnering Performance Ltd.

John has held senior positions in human resource management and corporate education having worked throughout Europe, Asia and the United States. His expertise extends across strategic organisational development and executive education including coaching, design and program delivery.

Prior to his current role, John headed the global learning academy of a large international private bank, where he worked with the CEO and Board to build human capital through strategically led education. He started his career as a banker and has held numerous roles throughout the financial services industry in which he continues to maintain a keen interest.

John’s passion for education developed when he was asked to help create and implement a large corporate change programme. He subsequently became a Lecturer within the Leadership and Change faculty of an internal corporate business school, before holding a portfolio of senior human resources roles including education and talent management, programme management and mergers and acquisition activity. A continuing theme of John’s work is creating and delivering practical and sustainable solutions drawing on his wide commercial experience.

John is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Institute of Directors and Institute of Financial Services and also belongs to the Cranfield University School of Management Alumni Association.

A native of New Zealand, John lived in Australia for many years, before moving to the UK in 1981. He is married and has four children.
