Ian Redmond is a Principal Consultant within the Partnering Performance network.
Ian holds directorships and consultative advisory roles in a number of organisations including Explore Training & Development, the University of Liverpool and KPMG. His practical and extensive experience extends across executive management & team development and change management including coaching, facilitation and human capital projects.
He has a successful track record of designing and delivering a wide range of assignments and management development programmes, working with well known blue chip and public sector clients. A significant amount of Ian’s work is generated as a result of referral and repeat business.
Ian developed his expertise within the financial services industry where he held senior Human Resources & Development roles. Working for organisations such as NatWest, RBS and Citigroup, he acquired a deep knowledge in a range of businesses and situations such as sales management, operational transformation, culture change, project management, strategic customer realignment and senior management development.
Ian has a challenging and stimulating approach which
has often been described as creating ‘a positive and inspirational impact’
His style is engaging, pragmatic and encouraging with a desire to help people
stretch themselves and push boundaries. This passion and energy endears a willingness
to respond positively and actively to his coaching and training and development
programmes and utilise the learning and operational experience back in the
commercial setting.
Ian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and
also a member of both the Institute of Directors and Chartered Institute of
Marketing.
He is married with two children and a keen sportsman who enjoys a
range of outdoor interests.
