Helen Farrow MBA, is a Principal Consultant within the Partnering Performance network.

Helen has a passion for developing people and businesses and believes that everyone has the power within them to achieve their wildest dreams.

Helen has a background in business administration and management and strategic human resource management, having worked in the professional services industry in London for the last 10 years.  In the latter years she was appointed Head of Human Resources for an international property consultancy in the City.  Helen currently holds a director role and a number of consultancy positions within other organisations including Bright Stone Associates and Risk Revolution.

She has extensive experience of working at Board level and the challenges that executives face both in the short, medium and longer term.  Coupled with her experience, Helen achieved an MBA in 2007 providing an additional strategic and holistic dimension to her approach.

She has travelled extensively, her last expedition involved 9 months of independent, solo travel around the world.  Not content with standing still, Helen is currently learning to play classical guitar to complement her other passion, that of music, she is an experienced dinghy sailor, an avid supporter of the New Zealand wine industry and has a profound interest and respect for the natural world
