Gary Setterfield is a Principal Consultant within the Partnering Performance network.

Gary has expertise as a Personal Coach, Master Practitioner and Trainer in Neuro- Linguistic programming and Neurological Repatterning, through Chris Howard Events & Training.

His passion for personal development and helping others learn, originates from his earlier career within the financial services industry. As a banker, he held a number of roles before specialising in his current field. This followed a performance coaching event where he evidenced how the mind could be used to help empower others to reach a greater potential if they wanted. At this point he chose learning and development as his career path, becoming a lecturer at the NatWest Business School in Oxford, UK.

Following the acquisition of NatWest by the RBS group, Gary joined the integration team where he designed and implemented a large corporate change programme for over 2000 Customer Service Managers. He was then asked to join the Organisational Development specialists where he created, designed and implemented numerous learning programmes, collaborating with internal and external experts and suppliers. Of particular note was his work with Coutts & Co where he managed a number of human capital projects including the development of the highly acclaimed Private Banking Academy.

Gary left the financial service world to set up and run his own business, while continuing his own developmental journey in coaching and personal development, where he graduated from the Christopher Howard fast Track programme. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Gary is married, and lives in West Sussex.
