John Moran

Chris Easterbrook is a Principal Consultant within the Partnering Performance network.

An experienced and successful board level HR professional, Chris’s expertise ranges across a wide spectrum of business facing HR disciplines including the development of strategy, management of major People Change initiatives, and the design and delivery of commercially based HR solutions.

Chris has held, and built his experience through a number of HR leadership and senior Programme Management positions in the financial services industry. For many years, he was the HR Director for a large offshore bank, and has worked extensively throughout the UK, Europe & Asia. He has a particular passion for business change and M&A activity, and deep interest in the creation of bespoke performance management and education programmes.

Prior to his current role, Chris led the HR programme following the acquisition of ABN Amro, by the RBS group. During this time, he was accountable for the definition, agreement and rapid implementation new terms and conditions across the global businesses. He was also the architect of a series of highly effective educational programmes that delivered joined-up development for specific groups or whole business populations focusing on quality of education, accessibility and commerciality of outcomes.

Married, with two children Chris enjoys sailing and the outdoors.
